“Tubes delivered and packaged well although I believe a more transparent postage tier system is needed. Brought it to attention of customer service but was met by an unsympathetic response. Was charged £8.99 for next day by 1pm , it stated that if ordered by 8pm Monday to Saturday then that would be the case. Needless to say I won?t be using them again.”

“Company itself very good with excellent customer services. The same can?t be said for their couriers DPD who said they couldn?t deliver due to no one being in, but didn?t leave a card. Personally, I don?t believe they even came round! This was quickly sorted by lighting direct customer service.”

“Good quality fittings, flex could do with being slightly longer so you can angle them back on to a wall/ceiling there fixed on. Quick delivery. Used my points from previous purchases ?”

“I ignored earlier posts at my peril. Bought two Dow lights and BOTH has outsides with rust scratches and stains by some toxic corrosive substance dripping over half the light which would not wash off. When I phone to conplainI was asked if I knew what the product should look like. Yes I do. Why on Earth don?t they check these before dispatch as there is obviously a dud batch somewhere as I?m not the only one who has had to go to the trouble of waiting in for bother delivery and then for the DHL man to pick them up to return”

“Helpful website, good range of products, easy to order and efficient delivery. I was buying garden lighting - a subject that I have always found difficult to understand, as it needs to be flexible enough to cope with a growing garden . But now we have the equipment to start laying it out and I know if we need any more of the bits and pieces, I can order easily.”
