Unfortunately you did not provide enough information with regard to the delivery address and we await your response to our request for this information. Our carriers FedEx must obtain a signature unless other arrangements have been put in place. They cannot leave consignments in communal areas of blocks of flats and cannot deliver to the specific flat without the relevant information. We very much look forward to hearing from you at which time we will request FedEx deliver your order without delay. Customer service excellence is an integral part of our business and it is disappointing we were not given the opportunity to resolve this matter for you before now. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and we trust you will shop with us again soon. Kind Regards,
