“I had been told my porch light would arrive on Friday 13 Jan. so decided to return home on Thurs 12th. However on the Wednesday morning I found a message to say it would arrive that day! Luckily my neighbour agreed that somebody would take parcel in and I stayed with my son until the Saturday. When the man called to fit light it turned out to be two separate spot lights. I am 84 years of age and have had no trouble with purchases until now - what should I do?”

“I made a purchase and unfortunately had to cancel 20 minutes later. I called up customer services and they refused to cancel the items. Therefore I then had to send the items back via the courier they came with. How ridiculous. It would have taken a simple call to cancel this but they refused.”
