“The light came practically next day . Unfortunately it had a slight dint in the chrome dome, but after a call to customer services they arranged a new one for the very next day and pick up of the damaged one. This happens, and I was really impressed of how they dealt with it and can't fault customer service and the light is great quality. Overall happy with lighting direct and will be buying again .”

“This company are nothing but the best to be dealing with. They have super fast delivery and when in my experience a lighting unit failed (Eterna) I had a new one the next day. I have never dealt with ANY company that are as efficient as these. Will always return for my next purchase and so should everyone else.”

“Dispatch good. Product generally good. As usual with outdoor light fittings (previous experience comes in here) there is a percentage failure rate in some aspect. A small point, but 1 out of the 4 purchased does not have the night-time glow facility. At £30 one would hope for better, but someone is always ready to take money by importing goods and selling them on.”

“Ordered Friday evening and the lights arrived Monday afternoon and were installed by my Electrician straightaway. They look lovely in my new kitchen and the service was quick with good email/text communication for order tracking. Very pleased with the service and product.”

“Bought a lamp online, lovely uplighting lamp, easy to assemble just screwing together. Only negative is 2 tiny grub scews that hold the lamp to the pole do not come with an allen key..not many people will have one in their home. Apart from that a top lamp”
