“I ordered 3 outdoor lights which were made up of glass panels. When I unpacked them one of the glass panels was smashed. I phoned the office and spoke to Catherine who was really nice and really helpful. She apologised and said she would get another one delivered to me straight away which arrived 4 days later. Even in these difficult times of lockdown the level of customer service I received from the girls in the office was second to none and Catherine is a credit to the company. The service I received was superb and I would recommend this company to anyone!”
