“After purchasing LED lamps I discovered they did not work with our dimmer switch. I phoned for advice, and received a call back within an hour or so, when Michael advised me (as I suspected) that we needed an LED compatible dimmer - well worth the cost considering the energy savings. Prompt delivery and great service!”
