“The ordering and delivery was very quick, however the product has a faulty finish on it, and when trying to contact Lighting direct on email they havent got back to me in 3 days. I also tried to call them, there was only an answering machine and i left a message and still no response in nearly 24hours. I want to arrange to have the lights returned. I was upset with the quality and now very disapointed with the service.”

“Rang the company regarding a transformer I was looking for. Confirm it was the one I was after so I order the part as it was way cheaper than other companies. Quick service and quick delivery. Got it within 3 days and that's not bad given I ordered it on a Friday afternoon. Only negative I can think of is that the delivery cost nearly as much as the product. The transformer was only small and light and was no way what they were asking for delivery charges.”

“I will never shop with lighting direct again. Having messed up my order in a catalogue of errors,they have repeatedly promised to phone me back and never do.women on the phone was unbelievably rude to me, I doubt this company will ever get their act together and refund me.They are even incapable of collecting the duplicate order from a studio that has 24/7 concierge service. An appaling, stressful experience shopping with this company, one I will never repeat.”
