“Had a problem with the product as its was missing a component. An email left overnight resulted in an immediate reply, and a new unit being delivered the same day. Couldn't fault the service!”

“Prompt free delivery. Chandelier well packed. Screw hook plate was missed from package but was sent immediately with next day delivery when I contacted company. Excellent price for the 8 light chandelier which we bought at £85.”
