“I'm very happy with the purchase and the price I paid, but the Lighting Direct customer service part was poor. I was told when I ordered online that delivery would be Tuesday by Lighting Direct so I waited in all day, but by late afternoon nothing had come. I emailed customer service to find out if delivery would be that day, I received an auto reply that response could take up to 3 days. I still have not received a response to that. So around 5pm on Tuesday I phoned Lighting Direct customer support, the person was polite and tried to be helpful. Apparently the delivery was coming straight from Lighting Direct's supplier by FedEx, but as that company had closed for the day he couldn't contact them for the tracking number, but would do so the following morning and email that to me. I have never received that reply either. FedEx delivered the light during Weds afternoon, requiring me to stay in for a 2nd day.”

“Excellent experience. The product was cheaper than on Amazon, in stock (Amazon said it was in stock but the order hung until I cancelled it) and well described. It arrived the next day, but postage was free - I am delighted.”

“Great product, great service. Fragile kitchen lights were very carefully wrapped in max size bubble wrap, in a very large cardboard box. No damage in transit at all. Lights all worked when connected up. Professional service, thanks.”

“I am pleased with the product, had a delay with delivery but Very polite friendly and helpful service. Though I would question why my order came in 3 separate parcels at 3 separate times and not wait until all parts were available and then send. I had to wait in on those 3 days to receive them.”

“We received the first light damaged in transit, packing was inadequate, Jason we brilliant and arranged an immediate replacement and at the same time instructed the despatch dept to improve packing. They did not and the second light was also received with a crack in the dome - I don't believe this was transit damage I think it was cracked before it let your premises. Again, Jason arranged a replacement and pleased to say this was fine. Packing department not good, customer services brilliant.”

“I'm really disappointed in the lights. They look barely on. If I wanted non exsistent lighting I would have gone for battery powered. I have battery fairy lights brighter that these. I would actually really like my money back and return the bulbs”
