“Great service. Lighting Direct website was very professional. There was a good discount available on the day we ordered (Fri 13th). Delivery was ahead of forecast.. Would have ordered recommended light bulb but not in stock on the day.”

“We are STILL waiting for our light. Despite our parcel been out for delivery Thursday 26th, Friday 27th and Monday 30th September and every day we get the same message of "There's been a slight delay with your delivery, we'll get your parcel to you as soon as possible. Check back again in the morning for an update!". Again today the parcel is out for delivery between 11 and 1 and I have NO FAITH that the light will turn up despite me paying over £3 for delivery! I would have got a faster service with Royal Mail. Shocking service which has put me off using your company again unless delivery changes!!”
