“They initially sent an incorrect item and although the replacement came very quickly and efficiently, I was slightly perturbed by the amount of packaging used for just one item. It was totally excessive in my opinion and may stop me using them again. Good service overall.”

“An amazing service, have used Lighting direct before and ordered six more different lights. Also, in my first order there was a slight problem with the solar and Lighting direct replaced it straightaway within few days and kept communicating with me. I am still waiting for the lights I ordered to go up, however the packing and the quality of all the lights I ordered are as per the pictures and very sturdy and very good quality. I am going to order lights for the front of the house. Also, the delivery was done the next day and received text about the slot.”
