“I haven't received my light yet! The electrician has been and gone and I still have bare wires hanging from the ceiling. I would think with the competition out there that a light could be delivered in a week.”

I can understand your frustration and disappointment. Your lighting was dispatched on the 13th October for next day delivery however it would appear that FedEx had difficulty locating your property and when no contact was made after several days, have routed it back to us. As soon as we receive it we will re-dispatch ensuring the driver gets more specific directions. Had we been made aware your purchase was not delivered on the 14th as expected our Customer Care team could have intervened with FedEx to ensure this matter was resolved quickly and efficiently.
