“Still waiting for the delivery of half of my order( a previous order to the one below). No body contacted me to explain and the general impression I received when making contact myself was that it is normal that there is a delay if the goods are not in stock and you just wait until they arrive without being contacted and having the situation explained. The money left my account over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the delivery. I have chased this order 2 times now without apology or offer of discount for the delay.”
