“Lighting direct was efficient and rapid, the product was as described and very well packed (enough and not too much). What let them down was the inefficiency of, or simple laziness of one of the Fedex drivers who said he could not deliver as we were out and he left a card, both of which were lies as, I think, he had not bothered to try to find us. Next day delivery, for which we had stayed in, therefore did not happen. As it was a weekend we had to wait until Monday. Lighting direct were very helpful and apologetic, and, I believe, have complained to Fedex on our behalf. It is a shame that they were let down by the delivery company.”

“Very prompt delivery, well packaged. Item was in perfect condition but wasn't suitable and returning it was fairly easy once I'd got in touch with the sales dept. Had to pay for return postage. Good overall service - I would use them again.”
