“I ordered lights online. I found out through yourself that I had insufficient funds. There were 3 options to pay for the lights I bought, which gave me choices. I phone died and confirmed payment and the lights were at my mothers door the following day. Excellent customer services. I would gladly recommend or buy again from Lightning Direct.”

“Quick service. However, the parcel looked as if it had been to downtown Beirut and back. It was squashed with the tape hanging off the sides. I had great doubts that the contents (light bulbs) would survive, but fortunately they did. Even the delivery driver apologised for the state of the package. How difficult is it to deliver fragile goods correctly?”
