“Arrived in line with promised timescale+ free delivery (maybe because it was a new product). As it was new, the description was poor eg no indication of whether it was electrical or battery operated or both. No indication of length of lead or whether the bulb could be replaced. I phoned the firm which confirmed the cord length (1 m) and that it was electrical- only) and came with a plug. They did not know about the bulb and would call me back on this but they never did. As it has now arrived I can confirm the bulb cannot be replaced”
