“The main problem was the waiting time on the phone when trying to contacts Customer Service. I left my phone number as requested but no one phoned back. On my second attempt two daus later, the phone was answered immediately by a lady called Kathryn, who was very helpful.”

“A full week after paying extra for expedited delivery (1-2 days), we are still waiting to have our lights delivered. We have had 18 messages from the delivery company (Hermes), which we have no way of directly contacting, and we still have no lights. After contacting Lighting Direct, we have been told that our order "has been escalated." We are still waiting. This is completely unacceptable.”
