“Great customer service by Lighting Direct, can't fault them in the slightest. The product itself is a great innovation and also gives peace of mind that nobody is prowling around in your garden. Lots of settings allowing you to customise it to suit your requirements. The PIR sensor is very long range so long as it's in direct line of sight, otherwise, anything at an angle is perhaps more in the standard 9 metres range which is fine. Be aware, you do need a strong wireless signal and a decent internet connection if you want silky smooth remote access. A poor wireless signal will introduce a little bit of lag but it's still very manageable. However, because it records locally onto an SD card inside the unit (which you can access remotely also) you can rest easy knowing that any movement is being recorded even if it loses connection. Would be nice if it allowed for a hardwired option also. Also, it's designed for the power cable to come straight out of the wall and into the back of the unit. If you try and run a cable in from the side or top it will not sit flush with the wall, however, this can be used to your advantage if you need the PIR to be aiming downwards slightly for a better line of sight. Just seal up the gaps with silicone for extra piece of mind. I would certainly recommend this product and Lighting Direct.”

“Due to DPD delivery service or lack of it this was the worst experience I have ever had of ordering goods online. Driver was rude, unreasonable, agitated and walked of refusing to leave my parcel . All I requested was to check, if the one item being delivered, was not damaged before I signed for it. He refused to let me check the item returning to the van, refused to communicate with me, Spent ten minutes outside my house still refusing to give me my parcel, then drove off with no explanation as to how I was going to get my item. Just terrible attitude and behaviour. I would never use DPD delivery serbices ever again”
