“No quibbles with the bulbs but it's a wonder they arrived intact. Three out of the six boxes were crushed at one end.”

“Item was fine, exactly as described. Description on the website was good enough to help me select the right product. Packaging wasn't so great - very little protection, could easily have been damaged in transit (though luckily it wasn't).”

“The key that resulted in buying from Lightbulbs Direct was the ability to drill down to what I needed resulting in just three choices... And that was just the pack size! Why not 5*? Because every time a ticked an additional selector box the screen shot back to the top so I had to scroll down again to make the next selection - clumsy! Still, exactly the product I wanted found ✓ Reasonable price ✓ Ease of use website - Annoying!”

“This is the first time I have used Light bulbs direct and was mostly very pleased with the outcome. I had good delivery time and the bulbs are all working as they should be. The only thing I didn't like, was that the 12 let's were not packed in a box, they were all loose in bag, but I will be ordering more very soon!”

“Haven't used the solar bulbs I purchased yet so can't comment on quality. But I would say they need to be packaged better. 2 of the 12 bulbs I ordered arrived smashed. No surprise as they were packed loose in the box so were all over the place when I opened it.”
