“Good choice of all sorts of lightbulbs. Good product descriptions. Filter selection on the left of the search screen is clunky: if you select + deselect different filters it eventually gets 'stuck' so you have to refresh the page and start filtering from scratch. Nice feature to be able to add selections to my list and attach my own notes. Order process is easy and clear. Delivered on time as promised. One dimmable LED out of four I bought was faulty when dimmed but I just use it in a non-dimming lamp now, so cannot comment on returns process.”

“Service on the whole very good, but because I was ordering for an elderly relative they did not know how how long to wait for delivery, but items were as ordered so no problem there, on the whole pleased with the quality and service , thank you!”

“unfortunately the post service took 3 days to deliver the parcel. THey kep writing notes to say nobody was in and the would try again the next day. THe second day I stayed in all day but did not hear anybody ring the doorbell. Parcel eventually found left in back garden on day 3. I never contacted the company as the situation was out of their control”

“Order completed correctly and pefectly packed, but it seemed to take a while to get to me. In these days of next day delivery I thnk you could do better - i.e. by getting orders out same or next day. Perhaps I'm wrong but I had the unseasy feeling it took a while to process. Nveretheless, I'm just about to place another order...”

“Lovely lady on the phone when I was looking for the order, very good customer service. Was happy with lightbulbs direct, but to improve the service, the time between order and despatch was a bit too long at 4 days. May have been a busy period. Other than that - great!”

“Reasonable price, although the postage cost more than the items. But I guess that's the Royal Mail. You need a mortgage just to buy a stamp! Ordered on 1st Dec recd on 6th Dec. Not exactly Amazon service, but again Royal Mail I guess.”

“Loved the product. Purchased specifically for a birthday for sensory purposes. The product had been seen in situe elsewhere and was ideal. However, after not recieving the item I contacted the company, who after a soap opera of customer service and emails, dispatched the item in time for the birthday 48 hour tracked. Thank you. I am not proud of the email I sent to prompt the item to be dispatched... as a company please. . 1. Be honest if an item has not been dispatched, (tell me not just a tracking number) appologise and dispatch. 2. Change dispatch timescales on internet, give yourself some wiggle room. 3. The staff I spoke to were great however, join the team up so the customer have a seamless experience.”

“The staff are very knowledgeable , I was advised to get a pearl golfball 5 watt for my touch light I wanted equivalent to a 40 watt ,they only had 60 watt equivalent She said it might be to bright it is the touch only works on two levels . So it’s not a good for me Also the delivery took 10 days before I received it . Abit disappointed ,but I will say they are helpful . Yes.”

“Delivery took several days more than expected recieved order despatched 3/4 days after order then into aweekend so despite 48 hours delivery not recieved unto the next week However I am very satisfied with the bulbs which give a very good level of light and are dimmable very steadily wen used on a variolight v dimmer”
