“Purchased again 3 short flourescent tubes. OK prices have risen much since last time. Delivery was very fast. Sadly one tube was broken on transit. Not enough protection for post office handling. Replacement sorted very easily. Overall a good job was done. Cheers.”

“The reflector bulbs I ordered were a bit of an unusual LED equivalent of an old incandescent filament type (for a garage downlighter) and turned out to be a perfect replacement for the job. Only challenge was that it seemed to take an age to arrive (by todays standards) by Royal Mail.”

“Ordered incorrect bulbs which i returned. Reordered the correct ones. Arrived promptly. Had to chase for my refund. Nearly a month before i received refund. Not happy. Quick enough to take my money to pay for goods. Speedier refunds please. People aren't made of money.”

“Service and website ordering very easy. Good pricing. It would be very helpful to have more dimensions on the bulbs particularly the diameter of the widest part of the bulb. While the name may be correct I don't always know what that looks like in various types of fitting.”

“The key that resulted in buying from Lightbulbs Direct was the ability to drill down to what I needed resulting in just three choices... And that was just the pack size! Why not 5*? Because every time a ticked an additional selector box the screen shot back to the top so I had to scroll down again to make the next selection - clumsy! Still, exactly the product I wanted found ✓ Reasonable price ✓ Ease of use website - Annoying!”
