“I ordered an LED cooker bulb, which arrived after a couple of days. It makes such a difference from the standard bulb. I would definately use LightBulbs Direct again.”

“I received excellent service with both processing order and arranging refund. Refund became necessary due to tubes not packed securely, they were 5 ft long fluorescent light tubes and although wrapped in lots bubble wrap there was nothing to protect them from bending so both tubes got smashed in half during transit.”

“Order delivered but unfortunately two tubes had got broken in transit. One phone call to a very pleasant lady at Lightbulbs Direct and replacement tubes sent off and received next day. Very good service - will definitely use company again.”
