“Bought an Osram 40w oven light bulb, excellent value for money, much cheaper than other websites and arrived quicker than expected (2 days after they said 3-5 working days for delivery). Only downside was the oversize delivery box (6 inch cube for a 1 by 0.5 inch bulb!) but was impressed by the cardboard filling material (i.e. no plastic).”

“Excellent service ! I generally buy my light bulbs from Amazon, because it appears to have a lot of choice, but it hasn’t really. They just repeat stuff, so I ended up looking elsewhere. That’s when I came across Lightbulbs Direct. They have everything anyone would ever want. I will always use them in the future. Plus, it is such a friendly Company giving a fast, speedy, personal service.”

“Don't waste your money or time ordering from this company, they state same day delivery - its a joke you can't even speak to someone on the same day, they are working from home with seemingly inefficient equipment, its a farce if they cannot tell you the status of an order or even if they have stock of the item. I'm still waiting for the items after 6 days. Your just left uncertain to purchase from another but then Lightbulbs-direct has my money. Beware of the Don't Care Trap!”
