“Items delivered very quickly. There was a slight manufacturing defect with one of the bulbs and not Lightbulbs direct fault. Customer services were very easy to contact and most helpful. Everything was sorted in an easy manner without barriers. It is nice when you deal with a company that go out of their way to assist and I will remember them for future purchases.”

“Hi there, I have never used this company before, but was at a loss as to where I could sourse a circle flouresent tube. I found their name on the inside of the old bulb, which because it was ages old I didn't have much confidence in finding a new bulb, as everything seems to be degital these days. However, their website is amazing and I was able to find the very circle on page two and ordered immediately. The bulb arrived two days later. Brilliant. If only other companies and people did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, the world would be a happier place. Thank you for your efficient and customer facing service.”
