“After visiting many shops to find a light bulb for my Tiffany lamp without success I looked online for one and the best site was Lightbulbs Direct. There are plenty of guides for the fitting and the height of bulbs so I was surprised how easy it was to find what I needed. The delivery was excellent and my llama with the new bulb looks perfect.”

“I ordered a specialised bulb with the appropriate dimensions and was sent the wrong item. I attempted to speak to customer service to ensure the order was correct with success. very disappointed in Lightbulb direct and would not recommend.”

“Have ordered a number of bulbs from this company over the years without any issues. However, this time we paid for next day delivery before the cut off time of 3:00pm as our electrician was attending our premises the following day to fit the outside lights the bulbs were going to be put in and our bulbs didn't arrive until a day after that i.e. 2 days after we ordered them!”

“Good service with our order, Bulbs were correct although 3 of the coloured bulbs did not work straight from the packets and when checked with an ohms metre were found to be faulty. This bears no reflection on your supply, it obviously was a manufacturing fault. We will use Lightbulbs direct again.”

“While the order came on time, one of the amber bulbs were broken. It would have greatly helped if it was clearly mentioned in the title of the product that these were decorative bulbs and not for indoor lighting. Finally, both the amber and pink bulbs just looked red when we switched them on.”
