“Package received promptly and luckily intact. The parcel was dropped over a 1 8m side gate by parcel force. Package needs to be labelled as glass or fragile to prevent this sort of handling. We were at home.”

“Great service and delivery. Items delivered well packaged and quickly. One item was slightly not as ordered but this was dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly recommend. I have used this company for many years and never had any issues. They are one of the only places that sell one of the lighting tubes I use, but sadly they are going out if stock soon. They have always been very helpful and delivered a great service and will always be my first choice. I upgraded my workshop lighting to LED and light bulbs direct provided the new units. Can not fault their service.”

“Have used these in the past without issue and I'm sure the lamps will be of the same quality as previous, however.... The reason I'm scoring them only 3 out of five is their choice of postage services and lack of postage options available at check out....as in you simply don't get one. I'm still waiting well over a week now for the lamps. For some unknown reason they decided too still use Royal mail despite the well advertised industrial actual taking place! The order was placed the day before the strikes started, Their are plenty of other courier options available to use and a choice should be offered at checkout to facilitate this!”
