“Having recently moved to a rented flat in London I needed replacements for some Crompton GU10 long barrel 74mm LED spotlights and I was provided promptly with an upgraded version 4.9W/330lm instead of the 5.5W/255lm old version. Many thanks for a great experience.”

“VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT WITH BOTH THE LOOK AND THE FUNCTION OF THE LIGHTS AS A WHOLE! IF THERE IS ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY, IT IS THAT THE PIR SENSORS ARE A LITTLE BIT TOO SENSATIVE AND SWITCH ON WITH THE MOVEMENT OF SHRUBS BUT NOT REALLY A DOWN SIDE AS ONE CANNOT EXPECT THE LIGHTS TO BE 100% PERFECT FOR EVERY SITUATION! I WOULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT A 99% RATING!”

“I've bought from LightBulbs Direct Ltd several times. I've bought cold light bulbs because the only light bulbs you can buy in the shops are warm, and as I live in an old farm house warm lighting makes the house seem quite dark. I've had great support and advice from their team and they've made buying the correct light bulbs easy, stress free and affordable. Definitely recommend.”

“All the 11 bulbs we ordered arrived in time, but one was broken - probably in transit. I rang up the company and they immediately sent out - by express delivery - a replacement bulb. They took my word for what happened and sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. First class customer service.”

“I contacted LightBulbs Direct initially to ask advice on the correct fluorescent tubes to order, they came back quickly with a reply. I put in my order and the correct bulbs and starters were delivered quickly and well packaged. Everything was fitted and working soon after. Great service.”

“Excellent service, had trouble sourcing lamps for an oven, even the manufacturer had sent the incorrect replacement twice, sent a picture to the Lightbulbs Direct ltd customer service team who advised me on the correct item, arrived within 3 days of ordering and was the correct product.
