“I had difficulty finding bulbs for my Lava Lamp, I looked on lightbulbs direct site and found the exact bulbs I needed I ordered them and they were delivered on time and work perfect.”

“Delivery extremely slow - advertised as 2-3 working days but when I complained after still not receiving the goods a week later, I was told their contract with Royal Mail has a 15 working day service level. Until my order is more than 15 working days late they will not refund me or deal with replacement! Had they quoted 15 days delivery in the first place I would not have placed the order. Stick with Amazon, far quicker (and cheaper).”

“Very prompt and helpful in reponding to my query about separate deliveries. No quibbling about one bulb broken in the post. The only place I can rely on to have the bulbs I actually want as opposed to the random collection of non-standard bulbs in wierd sizes that you find in the average DIY shop nowadays.”

“Quick delivery and excellent range of products. Found what I needed quickly and easily. There was an error in the delivery however with a couple of items omitted. One email to explain the issue and an email by return followed by the balance of goods in 24 hours. We all make mistakes and the test of a good company is how well it deals with it mistakes. On that basis, LightBulbs Direct is a first class company. Would not hesitate to use them again - and probably will, very soon!”

“I had to order two fluorescent tubes and two starter's for an old set of under cupboard strip-lights for an elderly relative. Thinking this would be a long-winded chore I set about searching the internet. Within a few minutes though I had come across LightBulbs Direct and found that they also had great prices. I ordered the parts and they arrived within a few days. Sadly one of the starter's was faulty on delivery, but after a quick email back to them, a replacement (free) was on it's way to me. I now have a happy relative who is impressed as I managed to do what other's couldn't. Thank you LightBulbs Direct.”
