“Had no problem finding what we needed on your website, except one we couldn't find. Bulbs were sent well packed with quick delivery. Will defo order from Lightbulb Direct Ltd again.”

“Prompt service, reasonable price, kept me informed. The only difficulty I had was actually finding the bulb I wanted on the website. It would be useful to know whether the bulb you want to replace now has an LED equivalent and I couldn't see an easy way of finding that out.”

“Ordered a selection of bulbs and they all seem well priced. Very easy to order online and despatch updates were really useful. Bulbs arrived within a couple of working days as promised. However, upon receipt two of the bulbs were broken; the protective padding within the parcel only covered the bulbs on one side. I'd suggest this needs improving. I contacted the office by telephone and they apologised and agreed to sent out free replacements. These arrived within a couple of working days in much better packaging and both worked fine. So all in all, a well handled issue. I'd definitely use again.”

“LightBulbs Direct are the only ones selling Daylight bulbs now, and the product is good. I had to contact them when over a week passed and no delivery. The courier had returned them without notifying the company. I got them eventually and got what I ordered.”

“ordered 60 led candle bulbs to replace incandescent bulbs in chandeliers. the only concern I had was the bulbs were prefixed SBS on the site which suggested these were screw fitting whereas I wanted SBC. I got an email saying the bulbs were out of stock and it asked me to contact office if I was happy to wait. I was and rang them to say so and checked they were SBC. This was confirmed and the bulbs arrived very soon after. Very pleased with the bulbs. they give off a warm but bright light and look very fitting. price wise these were very competitively priced and didn't break the bank. Will definitely use this company again for future purchases for LEDs.”

“I've placed a few seperate orderes now for 6' LED tubes with LightBulbs Direct & I must say that their prices are very competitive & their delivery times are excellent. Unfortunately, their packaging is very poor. I know that 6' glass tubes must be one of the worst things to send by courier, but please at least put them in a rigid cardboard container, not just a flimsy cardboard box! Most of my seperate orders were received broken, but they do send out replacements quickly. Thanks LightBulbs Direct!”

“One of the bulbs I bought was noisy, sort of buzzing. Thought it it might be to do with my dimmer switch. I emailed the company several times before eventually getting a reply (last email threatened bad review) after which service was good and they sent me a replacement which was ok, quiet.”

“It is cheaper than many other stores and you can easily find rare fluorescent types. The only downside is ordering system allows you to choose express next day delivery, which is available for orders given before 3 pm, even you order after 3 pm. It costs only £1 more, but it should be easy to grey out express option after 3 pm.”

“The box was a bit battered when I collected it from the post office but the bulbs inside were all fine and worked. I was very pleased with the price of the bulbs. Especially that the more energy efficient ones were available because I couldnt find them anywhere else.”
