“Great service and range overall. I did purchase some dimmable Osram Parathom candle bulbs which seemed to flicker with all switches I've tried (leading edge, trailing edge, load balanced,... ) and wasn't able to get much support, but that's probably more of an Osram issue. I sourced some other bulbs which worked fine. Steer clear of those and you'll be fine”

“I received excellent service with both processing order and arranging refund. Refund became necessary due to tubes not packed securely, they were 5 ft long fluorescent light tubes and although wrapped in lots bubble wrap there was nothing to protect them from bending so both tubes got smashed in half during transit.”

“The price paid for the item was very reasonable, but the postage costs seemed a little steep. The item took 6 days to be delivered, even though it was a supposed 48hr delivery. The packaging surrounding the item was battered when it arrived; but the item survived unscathed.”

“Very responsive, helpful staff. On the other hand it may be my fault but I did not realise VAT was not included in the price until the late stage in the buying process where all the costs are summarised. As price is key in choice of supplier, it would be reasonable to flag this issue from the start. I have not had the bulbs in use long enough to evaluate the quality of the brand and products I purchased..”

“Really pleased with the site having exactly the right bulb, when many others didn't. The delivery cost was a little excessive, in my opinion, at £3.95 when the bulbs are very small and could have been packed in a much smaller box than they were, which would have significantly reduced the P&P.”
