“I ordered 4 lamps for my pelmet lights. I got an email to say they were coming by royal mail and would be there 2 days later , which they were , well wrapped up. Went flawlessly ..... which is a pleasant surprise these days would definitely deal with them again”

“I put the type of dimmable bulb in search, that I required. I went for the cheaper one. Once they arrived, I was gutted to see they were not dimmable. It didn’t say that on the website. I will have to pay for return unfortunately. Other than that, they got here relatively quick and packaged well.”

“I recently ordered 2no. 6'-0" Fluorescent tubes from LightBulbs Direct and as promised they were delivered a couple of days later by Parcel Force. Unfortunately there was evidence of damage to the package and when opened one tube was in two pieces and the other had the connecting pins broken. I contacted LBDirect imediately and without any fuss or argument they agreed to replace the damaged goods without any further delay. I thank LBDirect for there excellent service and thoroughly recomend them.”

“I was delighted to find green Edison light bulbs . I looked everywhere . I had just bought a beautiful lamp with green glass petals and needed green bulbs What an amazing selection of bulbs and a help page with types of bulbs explained. Super quick delivery will definitely use them again”
