“These bulbs were used in an ancient but well maintained gas fire. At first I thought, because the fire was old, that they would be difficult to replace but an online search found Lightbulbs Direct. The coloured bulbs were easily located on their website, purchased at a reasonable price and delivered swiftly.”

“Loved the product. Purchased specifically for a birthday for sensory purposes. The product had been seen in situe elsewhere and was ideal. However, after not recieving the item I contacted the company, who after a soap opera of customer service and emails, dispatched the item in time for the birthday 48 hour tracked. Thank you. I am not proud of the email I sent to prompt the item to be dispatched... as a company please. . 1. Be honest if an item has not been dispatched, (tell me not just a tracking number) appologise and dispatch. 2. Change dispatch timescales on internet, give yourself some wiggle room. 3. The staff I spoke to were great however, join the team up so the customer have a seamless experience.”

“Disappointed that it took a week to arrive. It's not that long to wait but we are all now used to 48 hr delivery times. Arrived with detached bottom connection stud, which I was able to fix - didn't fancy waiting another week for replacement nor the hustle of a return. That all said, the bulb suits our needs perfectly. The price was competitive.”
