The alarm set up was simple and the testing thorough, my neighbour enjoyed speaking to the Lifeline team who were friendly, helpful and considerate of her hearing issues. “The testing of the equipment was very thorough making sure that it worked at the bottom of my Dad’s garden, when the phone was in operation etc. Originally we were sent the wrong connector for the system and very impressed by the quick response to rectify the problem sending the correct part within 24 hours. I now have piece of mind that if my Dad has a fall or requires help Lifeline will be there to sort it out immediately.”
