“The watch and attachments arrived within 24 hours and was very easy to install. The team talk you through the testing process. The staff at the other end are very helpful even though my mother inadvertently set off alarm. With dementia she forgets how easy it is to cancel yet the staff are very kind.”

“Item delivered the day after placing order. Easy to set up and very good response from emergency call handler upon testing. The range is fantastic, so if my mother falls to the rear or front of her house, I know that the emergency call can be made. Great service”
