“Purchased this Alam system for my 87 year old mum who had 2 recent falls. Whilst researchng several companies I had an online chat with a staff member who was very knowledgable and helpful. Ordering was simple and the Alarm was delivered free the next day. There were simple instruction to set it up and to complete the initial 4 tests. All staff who responded to the testing were friendly and professional.
Mum has not had to use this system yet and I hope she never will but the family now have peace of mind, and mum can maintain her independance a while longer.”
“A bit disappointing to start as alarm had faulty battery and although agreed to send replacement out if didn't arrive after a few days you sent another. New one is great but having got this realised the original one had been used as packaging was different, seal on alarm already off no instruction manual and pendant fastening loose. Someone must have returned it having same issues as we did!”
