“This system has been a nightmare.It kicked off late at night when I
was in bed asleep witjh a false alarm on the same day it was installed.
The next day I came home around midday after attending a meeting with my mobile muted but constantly buzzing to find neighbours and
an ambulance waiting outside my house and para medics knocking on my
door. It was another false alarm. I never even had the pendant with me.I phoned
the office and waited over 2 hours before they contacted me, at which time I had
had enough and cancelled the contract. It was not gong to happen for a third time There was no interest in my predicament
no urgency at all and my nerves were shattered.Its a good system but whoe betide you if things go wrong.”
“My father dropped his pendant fob last night from about 0.7m onto a carpet which emulated a "Fall". Within 50 seconds the team was talking to him through the pendant. Whilst that wasn't an actual fall. It proved the system does what it's supposed to do. 10/10 from me.”

“Service was good but I paid yearly in advance for this service for my father in law He recently passed away but there is no refund for the 7 months still in credit. I am unable to transfer to anyone else as we already have this service for my mother. I'd advise paying monthly to anyone using this service”

With our Annual plans, we do provide a significant discount but it does mean there is a 30 days return policy similar to other purchases. We do provide monthly plans for people that require more flexibility.

“Lifeline is an excellent way for us to have peace of mind that should our mum fall and be unable to get to the phone, she will still get help. We now feel able to travel a little further when she isn't with us knowing she is not without help should it be needed in an emergency. mum is comfortable with the pearl necklace that she wears and says it doesnt look out of place around her neck. She has pressed the button a few times accidentally and has always received an answer. When she says she is ok and has pressed it by mistake, the person on the other end of the phone has always been polite to her.”
