“Fortunately I haven’t needed to actually use the system as yet but recently the lightning struck my box and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, having said that I was a little surprised when I was firstly quoted £50 for a replacement alarm bracelet on querying this it was then £25 .”
“Ordered the alarm for my mother late Thurs and it was delivered the following morning first thing. Staff were super helpful when I required assistance to set up and stayed on line till a test call had been completed. Very reassured.”

“My mother is experiencing issues with her telephone landline which in turn affected her emergency call button. Openreach were insistent that the Lifeline box was the cause, as soon as I spoke with Lifeline a new box was sent. It wasn’t the problem at all and the problem with telephone persisted. Lifeline immediately sent out a digital alarm to ensure that mum is able to contact someone in an emergency while we are waiting for Openreach and Talktalk to sort themselves out. “The setup guide didn’t match the product. Ie it said to press the big red button that isn’t on the wrist band. However customer service on the phone was prompt, and explained all the step we needed to go through to test the alarm.”
“I purchased the pendant that plugs into the main not the telephone, it worked well. Then I tried the gps pendant the first one didn’t work and the second pendant was not much better it only worked well at home this was due to our patchy signals. . Both those have been returned.”
