“Very quick in getting pendant & being able to set it working.Feel confident in going out gives me peace of mind.Easy to wear nice to know it works in the garden”

“After having a safety system that required you to wear a pendant around your neck that I didn't like I am now VERY happy with LifeLine 24 I don't have it wrapped around my neck in bed and it is not banging on anything that I go near.”

“Looks very smart and is unobtrusive. It does exactly as promised. My only, minor, criticism is that the base unit recharging light is very bright, making overnight bedside recharging impossible. Delighted.”

“We ordered this lifeline as it has features that the one we had from the council did not, For example GPS and falls detection. It gives us peace of mind although we have not had to use it yet.”

“Disappointed that I wasn't told that the basic system I ordered wouldn't work with my phone system so have to send back and upgrade to different system not using landline vonage is my land-line system so that people know”

Dear Angela, Thank you for getting in touch and for leaving us your review. I am sorry to hear that the standard alarm was not suitable for you. However, I can see you have since been in touch with our Technical Support line who have upgraded you to our digital alarm. The analogue systems work with any standard landline, regardless of provider. However, they are not compatible with all digital VOIP lines and as such we have a new model suitable for these lines.
