“The service from LIFELINE24 has been first class, from setting up to testing, and also dealt well with a false alarm situation arising from a power cut. It's great to know there is always someone at the end of the line to "be there" should an incident occur. Highly reccommended.”

Our policy is that was all plans and purchases you have 30 days in which to return the item for a refund. You also have 30days after any renewal payment is made.
