Having looked into the account I can see our friendly Customer Service team did offer to send you a replacement unit but this was not suitable and a refund has been processed. “UP TO THE POINT OF INSTALLATION, EVERYTHING WAS AND IS, FIRST CLASS.. INSTALLATION WAS DIFFICULT BU I PUT THIS DOWN TO BEING NEARLY 93 YEARS OF AGE. iT IS DONE AND DUSTED NOW AND ALL IS GOOD. THANK YOU”

“Very polite and helpful telephone staff. My alarm arrived promptly and was easy to set up. Living on my own with Heart failure it gives me peace of mind with somebody I can call on if I need them in an emergency.”
