We do offer a self-install system that is very simple to set up, unfortunately we are not able to arrange an installation at the moment due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Would say if you are purchasing for someone who doesn't have internet you need to request the medical forms by post or sent to your email to print off to complete with the lifeline user. You can then complete on line where you have internet. If I had known couldve sorted this when ordering the machine and saved a couple of days.”
“Being disabled I wanted a way to get help if I needed it and that my assistance dog would be able to operate too. After lots of looking around and not finding anything suitable I decided to contact Lifeline24 to discuss it. I spoke to Wayne at the call centre who was very polite, lovely to talk to on the phone and offered great help and advice about my needs and the service they offer. Together we came up with a solution. Went through all the costs, how it works etc Equipment was ordered and turned up next day. Less than 24 hours after joining Lifeline24, very easy to install yourself! Good clear instruction booklet on how to install and use included in the box. Paperwork for contacts etc can be filed in through an easy to use online form or they can post the forms out to you if you prefer. Had to make a couple of test calls and the staff that answered were lovely and everything worked as it should. In all areas of contact nothing was too much trouble and the whole thing was trouble free. Good value for money compared to my council run offered service. Highly recommend!”
