The application was acted on promptly; the device arrived the following day. However, the information sheet was another matter; I made two attempts online to complete the form, in each case getting a fair way through, when the computer refused to accept the accuracy of what I was writing. This was apparently due to malfunction. I was starting to malfunction by this time, but the office member got a paper copy through to me quickly. The device has been installed and tested, and I expect it to function as required.

I bought the alarm for my parents and it has given me huge peace of mind knowing that they can connect 24/7 with a friendly person who will get them the help they need.

Only 3 days after installation of the Lifeline 24 my 97 year old mother fell in the early hours and help was on hand guickly. The best investment we could have made for her. She is now recovering well from a hip operation. Thankyou so much everyone.

The ordering was very difficult and confusing. The admin handler was not very good and did not take down information correctly. Hence a delay in setting up. Hoping the service is better. Will review again later.

I got the alarm for my neighbour on the recommendation of the community nurse. The ordering and delivery service was excellent, straightforward and fast. The alarm set up was simple and the testing thorough, my neighbour enjoyed speaking to the Lifeline team who were friendly, helpful and considerate of her hearing issues. We're both reassured by the alarm system and recommend this service.

A little early to rate properly (less than a week), but it was easy to set up (for Dad) and to test with your friendly staff. Just the one false alarm so far, as he was getting into bed, but which he adamantly denies, despite our telling him that your lady would not have contacted him if he hadn't!

The testing of the equipment was very thorough making sure that it worked at the bottom of my Dad’s garden, when the phone was in operation etc. Originally we were sent the wrong connector for the system and very impressed by the quick response to rectify the problem sending the correct part within 24 hours. I now have piece of mind that if my Dad has a fall or requires help Lifeline will be there to sort it out immediately.

It was so easy to set the lifeline up for my mum very helpful lady telling me all my options. It is good to know if mum needs any help there is someone at the end of the phone.

The alarm kit arrived safely but I am unable to provide a review yet because we are in the process of having a new drive and cannot yet get the keysafe fitted.
