The alarm was bought for my 82 year old mum. Having the pendant gives me peace of mind that if she should have a fall the alarm will ensure that help will be on its way quickly. The set up process was easy and the call handlers on the phone were all very kind and pleasant. I have recommended Lifeline 24 to a friend for her father who has recently had a stroke.

Although it claims to be useful all round the house and even in the garden, my mother tells me that she cannot hear or be heard from her bedroom which is in the next room to the unit. Is there a volume control or some other way to increase the sound?

Dear Margaret, Thank you for leaving us your review. The alarm pendant has a range of 100metres from the base unit. This means that the alarm can be activated anywhere within the home and garden. Whilst the system has a very loud inbuilt speaker and sensitive microphone, it will depend on the property where we can and cannot speak to your Mother. In the event that communication over the unit is unsuccessful, we will try to contact her on her home or mobile phone number, before calling through the list of contacts. Regardless of whether we make contact with the Alarm User or not the activation will be treated as if it were an emergency, and followed up until we have verbal confirmation that the user is safe. I can see you have since been in contact with our friendly Customer Service team who have been able to advise how to increase the volume on the unit. Although I am still very active and wish to stay in my village, my daughter and son who are now permanent residents abroad felt I should have an alarm system in place. Delivery was as stated and I found it easy to complete the form.

Easy to install, when we did the test the lady we spoke to was lovely. The alarm is for my mother and she felt quite confident about using it - so overall great all round

Living on the 1st floor of an apartment block, I felt very vulnerable. Having the Lifeline24 system has made me feel much more comfortable knowing I can contact someone straight away if I have a problem. I hope I never have to use it, but knowing it is there gives me a lot more confidence in living on my own.

Following the recent death of my husband I felt very vulnerable. I decided to try Lifeline24. Delivery was speedy and it was very easy to set up. Pleasant helpful staff took me through the tests. I now have peace of mind. Well done

The system arrived promptly and the set up was easy to follow. I was impressed someone was on hand straight away to finalise initial settings. Have yet to use for an emergency but so far its given me peace of mind

We purchased the lifeline two weeks ago for our mother who lives alone. Unfortunately my mother was required to press her button at the weekend after a fall and the service was fantastic.  While the call handler supported and reassured my mother who was on the garage floor we were contacted to attend. This was followed up by a check call later in the evening. I also spoke to customer service to order additional pendant accessories and he was very helpful and considerate too.

Ordered this for my mother-in-law as she now lives on her own, (already have one for my mum). She is very pleased with it and feels safer at home wearing it. The ordering process and set up is straightforward. Well worth the money for peace of mind. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Life line is to me a blessing as I can now relax knowing that my uncle has peace of mind knowing that he can press his life line when he has fallen or needs help, no matter where he is in his home and garden.
