Thrilled to bits! Ordered at 5.30pm, it arrived at 9am next morning, took less than 5mins to set up & test =instant peace of mind. My mum couldnt believe that when she pressed the button somebody answered immediately 'hello Mrs M@#%n. Are you OK?'.... She did it 4 times each time a different person answered... All were clear, polite, kind. Amazing. My mum tried the pendant & wrist band but preferred the wrist band... Its so comfy she's forgotten its on & it's been over a week now. Pricewise it's the best too! The provider I was going to use put their price up from £3pw to £6pw then I found Lifeconnect for £1.90pw! I was nervous because there are loads of providers all offering the same thing but for different prices and when safety is the priority I didn't want to go cheap but this was the cheapest & my mum loves it! So... I highly recommend.

Appalling experience. My elderly mother-in-law's keysafe unit outside her block of flats broke. This was a major concern for us as she has terminal brain cancer and this is how her carers gain access to her flat. We live 200 miles away from her so remedying this was very urgent. We called LifeConnect 24 on a Saturday morning - eventually we got through but the Customer Service Associate (CSA) said although they could send a replacement unit by Monday, they could not supply a fitter until Thursday. When we asked if there was any way this could be expedited he said he would put us on hold while he checked with a Manager. Unfortunately he did not realise that he did not mute his phone, so we hung on for a further 5 minutes while we heard him casually discussing with his colleagues what takeaway he should get from KFC, and when he would be visiting the gym. When he then spoke to us again I asked for his name - and I think then he realised his mistake because he immediately hung up! I called back and a female CSA answered the phone. I asked to speak to the previous CSA but she said he was "in a meeting". I told her what had happened but she said she was unaware of the incident. She was definitely lying because she had just told me she was the only female of the five CSAs working that day, and I had overheard her voice as part of the previous KFC discussion. I asked for the previous CSA's name and she would not give it to me - her reason being GDPR, which is nonsense. Fortunately all calls are recorded, and today a Manager called us to apologise. But really, this is terrible service.

Original alarm stopped working. Contacted you and a new one was sent. This one didn't work. Contacted you again, was promised another one sent out, nothing received so contacted you again. Finally another one arrived and this one worked. Just glad nothing happened to my Mother during the weeks she was without an alarm

Straight forward from start of order, to payment and they delivered the next day which was perfect for us as mum was having problems with her previous lifeline. The installation was easy and you have a choice on how to wear the pendant. Would recommend to lifeconnect24.

My elderly Mum had a very bad fall in August. Thankfully she had her lifeline pendant on and was able to summon help. A neighbour was called and attended. Prompt ambulance attendance ensured she was taken to hospital quickly. 8 fractures, head injury and dislocated shoulder. You guys saved her life. Thank you.

First alarm was sent incorrectly Second alarm was sent with wrong plug And still waiting after one week for correct plug. Sort it out guys Very disappointed

Ordering was simple , setup form simple if you have basic computer skills , it was plug and go as stated , test calls answered quickly . Only comment I had hoped the fob would be supplied either neck worn or wrist warm the default supplied is neck warn

First enquiry was made phone answered quickly by a very polite gent who knew what he was talking about. Delivery arrived 2 days later as promised and we set it up. 91 year old other mother pressed her alarm and within seconds answered by control room. Mother could hear and understand the person in the control room. That first experience alone made my mother happy and confident for alarm to be used as we had to wait such a long time with our old company to answer just a pendant test call. Very happy with new alarm and service. Thank you

The reason for this review is that I previously I had received an email to renew the annual subscription. Subsequent to that email and renewing the subscription, I have received acknowledgements of my Order for a "New" Lifeline, not for a renewal of the service. This review is all about a physical delivery by a courier/post which isn't relevant. So assuming the annual service continues, for which I have had no confirmation, then the service by Lifeline is OK. The questions below are irrelevant and Lifeline needs to work with you so that irrelevant reviews are not sent to existing customers and appropriately worded emails are sent out to indicate that the service has been renewed and not that a new unit has been sent !!!
