Also we had to pay a cancellation fee which was not pointed out at time of purchase.”

“Superb. The staff are very helpful and they are easy to get hold of by phone. I had great difficulty setting mine up but a neighbour volunteered to help and he worked it all out and arranged it for me. The pendant and wrist one are so small, light and easy to wear.”

“My father has a wrist-worn falls/emergency alarm. Before buying, the sales team was able to answer all my queries, delivery was next day, and the, set-up and testing were easy, although the range isn't 100m when outside which I assume is due to too many brick walls blocking the signal. I am very satisfied with the service, and the peace of mind that it gives to the family. He had 3 false alarms in the first fortnight which the LifeConnect24 team dealt with happily & professionally. I would recommend this company to other users.”
“Thrilled to bits! Ordered at 5.30pm, it arrived at 9am next morning, took less than 5mins to set up & test =instant peace of mind. My mum couldnt believe that when she pressed the button somebody answered immediately 'hello Mrs M@#%n. Are you OK?'.... She did it 4 times each time a different person answered... All were clear, polite, kind. Amazing. My mum tried the pendant & wrist band but preferred the wrist band... Its so comfy she's forgotten its on & it's been over a week now. Pricewise it's the best too! The provider I was going to use put their price up from £3pw to £6pw then I found Lifeconnect for £1.90pw! I was nervous because there are loads of providers all offering the same thing but for different prices and when safety is the priority I didn't want to go cheap but this was the cheapest & my mum loves it! So... I highly recommend.”

“Appalling experience. My elderly mother-in-law's keysafe unit outside her block of flats broke. This was a major concern for us as she has terminal brain cancer and this is how her carers gain access to her flat. We live 200 miles away from her so remedying this was very urgent. We called LifeConnect 24 on a Saturday morning - eventually we got through but the Customer Service Associate (CSA) said although they could send a replacement unit by Monday, they could not supply a fitter until Thursday. When we asked if there was any way this could be expedited he said he would put us on hold while he checked with a Manager. Unfortunately he did not realise that he did not mute his phone, so we hung on for a further 5 minutes while we heard him casually discussing with his colleagues what takeaway he should get from KFC, and when he would be visiting the gym. When he then spoke to us again I asked for his name - and I think then he realised his mistake because he immediately hung up! I called back and a female CSA answered the phone. I asked to speak to the previous CSA but she said he was "in a meeting". I told her what had happened but she said she was unaware of the incident. She was definitely lying because she had just told me she was the only female of the five CSAs working that day, and I had overheard her voice as part of the previous KFC discussion. I asked for the previous CSA's name and she would not give it to me - her reason being GDPR, which is nonsense. Fortunately all calls are recorded, and today a Manager called us to apologise. But really, this is terrible service.”
“Original alarm stopped working. Contacted you and a new one was sent. This one didn't work. Contacted you again, was promised another one sent out, nothing received so contacted you again. Finally another one arrived and this one worked. Just glad nothing happened to my Mother during the weeks she was without an alarm”

“My elderly Mum had a very bad fall in August. Thankfully she had her lifeline pendant on and was able to summon help. A neighbour was called and attended. Prompt ambulance attendance ensured she was taken to hospital quickly. 8 fractures, head injury and dislocated shoulder. You guys saved her life. Thank you.”
