“From the moment, I contacted this company, I was impressed with their customer service, information, pack, costs and ease of setting up. They talked me through how to set it up by phone, as I just couldn’t work out the leaflet. Then we filled in the online information form about who to call, medical information et cetera together on the phone. Far easier than me doing online or using paper. They were happy to do this. We then tested the machine three times and it worked. They even managed to get rid of the crackling we experienced. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They know what they’re doing and the product is fantastic. Hopefully we will never have to use it though!”

“I'm 84years of age and living on my own. The TeleCare24 equipment and service enable me to live a normal life around the home and garden. The wrist fall detection device is unobtrusive and is very effective.”

“I ordered the Life Connect24 for my grandad after he had a fall and wasn’t found for 48 hours. Delivery was super quick and installation was really easy. It has given my grandad and all the family peace of mind knowing he has it in case of emergency again. Affordable and gives peace of mind to everyone. Thank you so much”

“Unfortunately it was unsuitable for my mother as she wanted to be able to speak to someone. So it was returned. Also we had to pay a cancellation fee which was not pointed out at time of purchase.”

“Superb. The staff are very helpful and they are easy to get hold of by phone. I had great difficulty setting mine up but a neighbour volunteered to help and he worked it all out and arranged it for me. The pendant and wrist one are so small, light and easy to wear.”

“My father has a wrist-worn falls/emergency alarm. Before buying, the sales team was able to answer all my queries, delivery was next day, and the, set-up and testing were easy, although the range isn't 100m when outside which I assume is due to too many brick walls blocking the signal. I am very satisfied with the service, and the peace of mind that it gives to the family. He had 3 false alarms in the first fortnight which the LifeConnect24 team dealt with happily & professionally. I would recommend this company to other users.”
