“Superb service when buying into this system. I found that because my phone line master socket was out of reach behind a very large and heavy Welsh dresser unit, so I was unable to connect the box to it. I called back and explained the problem mid-afternoon yesterday and a replacement device operating using a phone SIM card arrived mid-morning today. You couldn't beat that for service!
Took about 10 minutes to read the manual and set it up. Tested both alarm buttons and they worked fine, getting a response in about 15 or so seconds each time.
I'm a reasonably fit and active 82 year old, alone, being a widower and my family are pleased that I have got this system in place, just in case.”

“From the moment, I contacted this company, I was impressed with their customer service, information, pack, costs and ease of setting up.
They talked me through how to set it up by phone, as I just couldn’t work out the leaflet. Then we filled in the online information form about who to call, medical information et cetera together on the phone. Far easier than me doing online or using paper. They were happy to do this.
We then tested the machine three times and it worked. They even managed to get rid of the crackling we experienced.
All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They know what they’re doing and the product is fantastic. Hopefully we will never have to use it though!”
