“Amazing service. Had a small problem. Tech support suggested a home solution. Tried that and not resolved. Immediately swapped out the base station. New unit arrived within 24 hours. Free post label included , installed tested, repacked and sent faulty unit back all in under 48 hours.”

“Simple to set up once I got me head around which wire to connect to what socket, fall sensor works great, just trying to stop my Mother using it to call me for silly things such as move my cushion, or scratch my foot? Smoke alarm fitted yesterday but I am not sure how to test that with the system?”

“Took a little while to set up properly but all fine eventually. I had ordered a necklace alarm but was sent a watch one. We haven't bothered to change it we'll see how mum gets on with it. Otherwise all good.”

“I have not been able to use Lifeconnect24 since receiving your product as it came with an incorrect cable. I notified the customer service and have called twice, but I still haven't received correct cable.”

“Once we had managed to sort out the range on the buttons, they worked v well when testing. As we live in a large house upstairs, we had to check that they worked in my Mother's bedroom which is about 70ft away!!”

“Very impressed with the prompt, efficient service. Staff very, kind, helpful and easy to talk to. With in two days of setting up I had a fall, the service was quick and excellent and got help to me. Getting the Lifeline fall was the best thing did. Thank you so much.”
