It is far too early to make any meaningful comments But the installation and Service Team seem lovely and it has certainly given me peace of mind

I found it very difficult to try to connect this equipment to our phone line etc . good job our help was here to do it for us . . I feel very sorry for people who do not have any help . good job it was wednesday and she turned uup !

Reasonable price. Looks to be good quality equipment and testing of the alarm was quick easy and trouble free. 4 stars only because the alarm came with a faulty phone cable that had no plug on the end to connect to the back of the alarm box. The plug was not in the box so was never there in the first place. Anyway a couple of days later ( over a Sunday) the new cable arrived. Very easy to set up and I hope, apart from testing once a month, we never have to use it.

Had a bit of trouble setting up alarm.. was told we would get technical help in 15 mins. Waited 3 hours. Still no phone call. Strange customer service Bit like robots. However was pleased with product when all testing was complete. Basically they leave you to do all the setting up. It would make sense to have some technician's on hand in every area. As not everyone has someone to help them Hope they take this seriously as it could of ended up as refund. These alams are not cheap.

Ordering and installing Lifeline alarm itself went very smoothly and the staff were very efficient. However my mother's circumstances dicated that we needed a key safe installed. She lives alone and we had previously experienced the emergency services breaking in with all of the distress and mess this entails. The fitting of the key safe appears to be subcontracted. I paid lifeline for the safe and installation and was asked to nominate a preferred date and second choice. Both dates were unavailable and a week has now passed during which I have phoned several times but have still not been given an alternative date. Given what has happened in the past I consider this part of our transaction to be fairly urgent and I have been disappointed with the lack of urgency shown when I had been led to believe that I could nominate a preferred/second choice date and would most likely have the work carried out to that time scale.

As my late husband wore a lifeline, I decided to have one as well......for peace of mind, not only for myself but my son as well. hopefully I won't need to use it for an emergency but it's good to know there is someone at the end of the line if I need them.

I ordered and paid for the lifeline over the phone but there was no order form but I have subsequently received and completed this. I just need confirmation that it is OK to install the lifeline. I could not complete the order form over the phone as it would not accept the order number.

Set up was really easy helpful people on the other end when we did the test The watch version is a bit bulker than I thought and the strap is quite stiff but i'm hoping this will improve as my mum keep wearing it. arrived next day as promised

The staff have been very good and the whole system is very good value. I appreciate the fast delivery and easy setup. The only slight criticism from me is that the intercom could be louder, especially when the operator had her mic turned down. I am hard of hearing so struggle to hear well.
