“My mum has a lifeline from this company. This morning they could not rouse me after my mum accidentally laid on her pendant and set the alarm off. The responders went over and above by crawling past a vehicle to get to their keysafe and check all was ok. Thanks very much, would heartily recommend this service.”

Ordered over the phone as I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask before committing which they answered straight away. On receiving the item and setting it up (which was very easy) when doing the tests the operators on the other were more than helpful. Their service was excellent! “Purchased Lifeline for my mother who is 91 years old and lives by herself. My sisters and brother ensure that one of us visits her daily to see to the tasks she is unable to do herself. Recently however she suffered a fall. Fortunately she didn’t hurt herself but she was unable to get back on her feet and struggled to get to the telephone. Delivery of the base station and pendant was next day and the setting up process took only minutes to do. The call centre response was first class and the test procedure could not have been smoother.

“It was easy to order. The sales rep answered all my questions clearly. The unit arrived next day as promised and is very easy to install. The testing process went extremely well and was easy. My father is now wearing the alarm.”
“My Lifeline alarm has made me feel much safer at home. I am very prone to falls and it is such a relief knowing that I only have to press the button and help will be forthcoming. Lifeline 24seem to be a very genuine company who do what they promise. I ordered my alarm just before 5pm on Friday and it was delivered by 9am on Saturday morning. All the staff are very kind and helpful when you phone to test the alarm, and nothing is too much trouble.”

“I got system at the start of 2022.
Satisfied with setup until recently the battery in the unit was registering as low.
I have only used the service to check in & I was concerned. When I reported this I received a new unit etc next day & all seems well.

“The only thing I think is wrong is they should come and set it up for people . I now know you can send someone but I wasn’t told that until after I complained . Plus fir the cost people at paying you should at least put the dual phone connector in , another thing I had to go and buy .”
