“Arranged life line for my mum after a recent admission to hospital, set up was very easy.
Thankfully mum has not used it yet so can't comment on how well it works, but it has given me peace of mind.

“Excellent ! The Staff that answer an accidental press are so kind which goes a long way with people who find themselves in a position. ie vulnerable they don’t want to be in !
Just one small thing, when I did fall the alarm didn’t go off , I did report it and was told it was to do with the position of me or alarm .
( Managed to get myself up ) advised to press alarm anyway if a fall occurs. The lady I spoke to was very helpful..as I said kudos to the Staff
