“Excellent service when setting up alarm Not so good on delivering wriststrap or pendant. Also was given 3 different response team numbers from 2 emails. Had to email to ask which number/s would we need.”

“I was very impressed with the excellent service I received from the Lifeline 24 team from my first call to them and their friendly but informative advice to the fast and efficient delivery of the equipment and fall pendants to my elderly parents who were up and running within 2 days of my initial call. “I ordered this for my father after he had a few falls, to give peace of mind that should he need it, then help is at hand. I telephoned my order through and this was dealt with very professionally. The delivery was very quick, and it was very easy to instal and test ready for use. I would highly recommend people approaching Lifeline24 to enquire about their personal alarm service.”
