“We have recently had this installed for our Dad, he's only just started wearing the wristband but already its giving us peace of mind knowing someone is there quickly if needed.It artived promptly and was easy to install, set up was easy too. Very satisfied with it all.”

“It did say on the website, order within the next few hours for next day delivery, but although the order went through in time it didn't arrive next day but the day after. Apart from that, easy set up, very friendly team, tested & answered within seconds. Very please”

“I am using a second wrist watch type of alarm because the first one kept going off for no reason. Now the less sensitive one sent to me as a replacement is just as bad, going off twice a day when I am sitting and not moving my hand. I will now have to apply to customer services for a third device to hopefully cure the problem.”

“Surprisingly, it seems to work! I didn’t think it would as it depends on GPS and mobile connection is extremely poor where we live. However it works and that is all you can ask for!”

“Wonderful service.....replacement pendant etc received on Scottish Island 36 hours after ringing to say that I had problems charging my pendant. Rang 8.00pm Thursday and received everything by Saturday morning. Staff I spoke to really understanding, kind and helpful. WELL DONE ALL!!!!! Have great confidence in this Company and staff.”

“It was very easy to understand how to use it as I was told by the gentleman on the phone ,then when it came to install I could not do it it wasn’t working when rang up talked me through it until was all done very helpful”
