“I had only had my lifeline a few days when I had to use in the early hours of the morning. I cannot praise the prompt and efficient service enough it is so reassuring help us just a call away”
“I am using a second wrist watch type of alarm because the first one kept going off for no reason. Now the less sensitive one sent to me as a replacement is just as bad, going off twice a day when I am sitting and not moving my hand. I will now have to apply to customer services for a third device to hopefully cure the problem.”
