“Not had to use in real life yte, thankfully! But during set up and the four tests you have to do, the response time was very fast and everyone on the other end spoke clearly and the unit was loud enough. I feel much more at ease now that I know Mum has this support.”

“I am disgusted with this company, I have had a alarm that has only partially worked, so thinking I was safe with a falling alarm I was left at risk, when I sent it back and asked for a refund I was told no. they state that the monitoring of the alarm is only half the service but are can you monitor something that is not working? then the other part you say is the rental but again I ask you is it fair to expect someone to pay for something that did not work most of the time. Also they have no governing body because they are private. I cannot ask the question about a refund as you have said I will not get one”

“I find the wrist strap very difficult to get on in the morning as I have arthritic fingers. An expanding bracelet would be so much better for the many people with this same problem that cant be that difficult to resolve. - Vincent M Demarest”

“After some confusion on being given so many different prices for the same thing, I received excellent help from a very frendly and patient gentleman called Harry and I signed up for the year. I accidently set the alarm off one evening and was contacted immediately by a very nice lady accepting my apologies for my false alarm.”
