“I got this for my mum. It arrived very quickly (next day) and was very easy to set up. I also liked how the team did a number of tests to ensure it could respond wherever mum was in the house. Also the box has a speaker that allows someone to communicate with you if the alarm is activated which is a great idea. Unfortunately the set up for us meant the box was in a different room, but they were quick to respond with telephone calls to mum via home and mobile before alerting anybody else. This was all tested with them at the start so we were reassured the system worked. We have only had it a week, but the confidence it has given me and my mum is invaluable.”
