“Easy to order online. Alarm delivered very quickly and easy to set up. Telephone tests easy to complete. Everyone I spoke to during this was friendly and very helpful. Have not had cause to use the alarm in a real situation but am confident that if I need to do so, I will get the help I need quickly.”

“I have just set up my lifeline 24 and the process was so easy to follow although I did get some help for the online ordering as I'm not that sure about that, however everything was so simple to follow. I highly recommend this support system if you feel a little frail as I am and want the confidence if something happens or goes wrong someone will be at the end of the call who will help you out.”
